All deposits and downpayment for entertainment services (disc jockey, sound and/or party equipment and supplies rental) that is paid to NJ Party Zone LLC will be subject to a non-refundable inconvenience charge of 50% of the downpayment.

 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of USA and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the USA courts.
